I. Product Introduction

 The JGDL series is a metering-type current-limiting protector, a comprehensive protector with multiple protection functions including overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, leakage, temperature, frequency, and electric energy metering. The product offers advantages such as modularity, intelligence, and visualization, and also supports the standard Modbus 485 communication protocol. All protection parameters, such as overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short-circuit, and leakage protection, can be set according to power consumption requirements, ensuring that the protector instantly cuts off the power supply in the event of overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short-circuit, or leakage faults in the line, keeping electrical equipment intact and undamaged.

II. Operating Conditions and Current Protection Parameters

1. Upon first normal power-on, the device closes automatically after a 1-second delay; if the first power-on occurs under overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, or leakage conditions, the product automatically disconnects within 1 second;

2. Current protection parameters:

   a. ≥1.0 times rated current, setting range 1–120 seconds, default 10 seconds

   b. ≥1.2 times short-circuit current, trips within 0.1 seconds

3. The ambient temperature shall not exceed +40℃ and shall not be lower than -5℃; the 24-hour average temperature shall not exceed +35℃; at +40℃, the humidity of the surrounding air shall not exceed 50%.

4. The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000 meters.

6. The installation environment shall be free of explosive media, free of gases and conductive dust that corrode or damage insulation, and free from rain and snow
