I. Product Introduction

JGFHseries is a new type of current-limiting fire alarm protector (current-limiting electrical fire protection device), a comprehensive protector with multiple protection functions including overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, leakage, temperature, smoke, and combustible gas detection. The product offers modular, intelligent, and visual advantages, and also supports standard communication protocol. All parameters, including overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, leakage current, and overtemperature protection, can be set according to power consumption requirements, ensuring that when faults such as overvoltage, undervoltage, or overcurrent occur in the line, the protector can instantly cut off the power supply and protect the electrical equipment from damage.

This series of products features a compact structure and an attractive appearance, with standard DIN rail mounting .

II. Product Features and Functions

■Smoke and Combustible Gas Protection Function: For the electrical site, when smoke, liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas, propane, butane, and other combustible gases exceed the limit, the protector emits an audible and visual alarm signal, automatically cuts off the power, and displays real-time fault records.

■Short-circuit protection: The protector monitors the current of the electrical circuit in real time. When a short-circuit fault occurs in the circuit, it can provide fast current-limiting protection within 0.1 seconds and display real-time fault records.

■Overload protection function: When the current in the protected circuit is overloaded and the overload duration exceeds the operating time (3~60 seconds, adjustable), the protector activates current-limiting protection and displays real-time fault records.

■Over/under-voltage protection function: When the protector detects line voltage under-voltage or over-voltage, it automatically cuts off the power supply and displays real-time fault records.

■Distribution cable temperature monitoring function: When the monitored cable temperature exceeds the alarm set value, the protector automatically cuts off the power for protection and displays a real-time fault record.

■Leakage current monitoring function: When the leakage of the monitored line exceeds the alarm set value, the protector automatically cuts off the power supply for protection and displays the fault record in real time.

■ Communication networking function: The protector has one RS485 interface, which can send data to the backend monitoring system to realize the five-remote functions of remote telemetry, remote signaling, remote control, remote adjustment, and remote viewing.

■Simultaneous disconnection of neutral and live wires: When a line fault occurs, the product disconnects both the neutral and live wires simultaneously, eliminating the danger of the line remaining energized because the neutral wire was not disconnected.

■No damage from overvoltage: When the wiring is incorrectly connected to a three-phase power supply, with the power supply voltage at a maximum of AC450V, the product disconnects within the set time, and the product itself will not be damaged by the high voltage.

■Harmonic resistance: At present, power grid usage is complex, and there are a large number of harmonics in the grid. Harmonic hazards can shorten the service life of other electrical equipment. This product is not affected in harmonic grids.

■One-click restore function: When users are not proficient in operating the product and the set parameters cannot meet on-site protection requirements, they can restore factory settings with one click, avoiding incorrect protection caused by improper operation.

III. Working Conditions and Current Protection Parameters
1. First Normal Power-On Delay1;On first power-on, under overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, and leakage conditions, the product will, within 3 seconds, automatically disconnect ;
2. On first power-on, the smoke sensor needs to heat up for 180 seconds later, the product enters the protection state. After a smoke alarm occurs and the fault is cleared, the reset button must be pressed manually2seconds before the smoke alarm can be cleared.
3. Current protection parameters:
   a. ≥1.05 times current, ＜3 minutes to trip.
   b, ≥1.2 times current, setting range 1-120 seconds, default 10 seconds
   c2times current, ≤0.1seconds actuation.
4. The ambient temperature shall not exceed +40°C and shall not be lower than -5°C; the 24-hour average temperature shall not exceed +35°C;+40℃, the ambient air humidity does not exceed50%.
5. The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed2000 m.
6. Pollution degree III.
7. The installation environment shall be free from explosive hazardous media, gases that corrode or damage insulation, conductive dust, and locations exposed to rain or snow.

2. Current detection range: 1~63A, accuracy class: 1.0 class.

3. Leakage current detection range: 5~300mA, accuracy class:5.
